Sorry, dudes and dudettes: It seems that a number of you who've purchased Alienware M17x rigs are running into some serious latency issues, particularly skipping and stuttering audio. According to a reader named augur, he has pinged the company, from whom he has received "no positive response or resolution." In addition, we've come across a number of detailed complaints from users all over the Interwebs, including postings on the Notebook Review and Dell Community forums. So what's the deal, Dell? Budget Bytes Shares Recipes with Per-Serving Costs [Blogs]

Ever had that moment in the grocery checkout line where you wonder if cooking homemade meals could ever be worth the ingredient cost? The Budget Bytes blog wants to show you the exact cost of some great recipes. Beth M, a self-described "food lover and number cruncher," busts down the total ingredient cost of each meal by serving and recipe. Beyond the numbers, Beth describes how she bought certain items to steer you the right way in your own grocery store, and offers photo illustrations of the cooking process. Wired and mobile webs take a step closer

According to paidContent Adobe will today announce that full Flash will shortly be available on just about every phone except the iPhone. The underlying story here is that phones are now running more powerful processors and can now cope with full Flash, instead of the Flash Lite we have mostly been running to date.  The result is that more websites and apps will work well on mobile without having to be re-purposed.
